Frequently asked questions

How do I know which part fits my phone?
You need the exact model number, for example Samsung Galaxy S21 SM-G991B. You will find it under Settings > About phone, or on the box. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the phone or the broken part and we will help identify it.
What is the difference between original and aftermarket parts?
Original (OEM) parts come from the phone manufacturer or its partners, so compatibility is certain. Aftermarket parts are made by third parties: they cost less, but quality varies between makers.
Can I replace the screen myself?
Technically yes, but you need the right tools and patience. Done wrong, it is easy to tear a ribbon cable or break Face ID and the fingerprint reader. If this is your first time, start with a simpler model.
How do I know the battery needs replacing?
The usual signs: the phone no longer lasts half a day, it shuts down unexpectedly at 20–30% charge, or the battery has swollen so that the screen or back cover is bulging. A battery lasts roughly 2–3 years or 500 charge cycles.

In this category you will find replacement batteries for phones and other mobile devices, such as mobile routers. The range covers manufacturers' original service parts (service pack), OEM batteries and compatible aftermarket batteries for devices from Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and Apple, for example. A new battery is a sensible way to restore the running time of an ageing device when the charge no longer lasts a whole day. When choosing a battery, model-specific compatibility matters most: make sure the battery is intended for exactly your own device model, and compare the model code of the old battery (BM5R or EB-BF766ABE, for example) with the product details. Capacity is given in milliampere-hours (mAh) and tells you about running time – but the right model, voltage and connector are what decide whether it fits. Consider also whether you want an original service part or a compatible battery, and note that in most current phones the battery is built in, so replacing it calls for the right tools and careful installation.
