Small order fee
A €0.99 small-order fee applies to orders where the value of goods (incl. VAT) is below €4.99. It covers the handling and packaging costs of small shipments. To avoid it, add goods worth €4.99 or more.
Courier delivery
A courier delivers the items directly to your home or office.
Delivery time: 4-6 business days
Before delivery you will receive an SMS with the estimated delivery time.
SmartPosti parcel lockers
Pick up your items at SmartPosti parcel lockers throughout Finland.
Delivery time: 3-5 business days
When your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS with the pickup code.

The delivery time shown applies to items in our own warehouse. If an item is ordered from a supplier warehouse, delivery may take up to 14 business days longer.
