Frequently asked questions

How do I know which part fits my phone?
You need the exact model number, for example Samsung Galaxy S21 SM-G991B. You will find it under Settings > About phone, or on the box. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the phone or the broken part and we will help identify it.
What is the difference between original and aftermarket parts?
Original (OEM) parts come from the phone manufacturer or its partners, so compatibility is certain. Aftermarket parts are made by third parties: they cost less, but quality varies between makers.
Can I replace the screen myself?
Technically yes, but you need the right tools and patience. Done wrong, it is easy to tear a ribbon cable or break Face ID and the fingerprint reader. If this is your first time, start with a simpler model.
How do I know the battery needs replacing?
The usual signs: the phone no longer lasts half a day, it shuts down unexpectedly at 20–30% charge, or the battery has swollen so that the screen or back cover is bulging. A battery lasts roughly 2–3 years or 500 charge cycles.

These are spare parts, not finished cameras: rear camera modules, flex cables for the front camera and the sensors, and earpiece speaker connectors for iPhones and Huawei models. Some of the items are original Grade A used parts — original components taken out of another device. The part has to match the exact model of the phone – the cables of the iPhone 8 and the 8 Plus are not interchangeable, for example – and replacing it means opening the phone.
