Alpina FSC acacia-wood cutting and serving board, 41.6 x 22 x 1.2 cm

The Alpina cutting and serving board is made from FSC-labelled acacia wood. Its elongated 41.6 x 22 x 1.2 cm paddle shape provides space for slicing bread or arranging cheese, cold cuts, fruit and other ready-to-serve foods. An integrated handle with a hanging hole helps carry and store the board.

Natural grain and colour vary between pieces. Wash the board by hand with mild detergent, do not soak it or put it in a dishwasher, and dry it promptly on both sides. Use separate preparation surfaces where food-safety practice requires them, particularly for raw ingredients. The handle is for carrying the board, not for lifting hot cookware.
