Crong NEO is a white GaN wall charger with an EU plug, one USB-C output and a maximum rated output of 40 W. The exact SKU, source and the 40 GaN marking on the charger define this as the 40 W model; generic promotional graphics that mention 45 W do not change that rating.
The supplier lists USB Power Delivery 3.2, PPS and AVS support. In USB Power Delivery, AVS is an adjustable-voltage-supply mode: a compatible device and charger negotiate a supported voltage. The actual charging protocol and power depend on the connected device and cable, and 40 W is a maximum rather than a constant output. These features do not guarantee maximum speed, compatibility with every USB-C device or preservation of battery health.
The GaN design keeps the body compact at approximately 35 × 35 × 35 mm, or 72 mm including the plug. The manufacturer lists protection against overvoltage, short circuit and overcharging, but normal electrical precautions still apply: use an undamaged suitable cable, keep the charger dry and stop using it if the housing or plug is damaged or unusually hot. The package contains one Crong NEO 40 W charger and original retail packaging. A USB-C cable and powered device are not included.
