Description
The Alpina springform cake tin has a steel body, removable base and side latch. Opening the latch releases the sides from a baked cake, cheesecake or pastry, making the result easier to remove without turning the whole tin upside down.
The round black tin measures 24 cm in diameter and 7 cm high. Its non-stick coating assists release, but the surface should still be greased or lined when the recipe requires it. Wash the tin by hand and avoid abrasive tools that could damage the coating.
